Gray & Co. Publishers of Cleveland this week published Neil Zurcher’s latest book, Tales from the Road, a memoir that traces Neil’s boyhood in Henrietta, Ohio to his astounding 42 years of working for WJW-TV, channel 8 in Cleveland.
The book, a collection of behind-the-scene stories, tells what it was like growing up in northern Ohio in a small farming community. It follows Neil’s career in newspaper, radio and television and the many interesting, as well as famous, people he met along the way. Some of the tales are humerous and a few may even surprise you.
Fox 8’s Tim Taylor wrote about “Tales from the Road”: “Neil’s writing skills, wry wit, and calm, warm demeanor allowed him to move effortlessly from award-winning hard news reporter to Cleveland’s king of travel.”
Neil will be appearing around northern Ohio in the coming weeks at book stores and libraries where he will be signing the new book. For a list of his appearances visit the Gray & Co., Publishers website at www.Grayco.com
